Auto insurance public adjuster for denied or underpaid claims
Accurate Claims Consulting handles auto insurance claims for the policyholder, not the insurer. We review the damage estimate, price repairs using new rather than used parts, work with dealer-approved body shops and negotiate with your auto insurer so the claim gets its full attention. You pay nothing up front: we only get paid when your insurance company pays the claim.

Who we help with auto insurance claims
Most auto claims raise the same three questions: what the process is, how much you will get and how you know it is the full worth. We help:
- Drivers after an accident whose insurer’s estimate or offer looks too low for the damage
- Owners who want the car repaired properly, at a dealer-approved body shop and priced with new parts
- Vehicle owners with wildfire ash or debris damage to paint, glass and trim, which is claimed under the auto policy rather than the homeowners policy
Talk to us before you accept the insurer’s number, or after it has been paid if you believe it fell short.
What our clients say about our team
These guys are well-tuned machines!!!! Very smart, “Accurate”, and professional.
Turner Mitchell, Google review
Insurer-side training, policyholder-side loyalty. Our public adjusters have worked for major insurance companies like Farmers, State Farm and Allstate, which gives them inside knowledge of what you are owed for your claim. Each has a Bachelor’s degree at minimum, and some are US military veterans. About Accurate Claims Consulting
How we handle an auto insurance claim

- Review the insurer’s estimate. We go through the damage estimate line by line and photograph the vehicle ourselves.
- Price new parts. We evaluate the damage using pricing for new rather than used parts.
- Use dealer-approved body shops. We work with dealer-approved shops to support the repair scope and the settlement.
- Negotiate with the auto insurer. We present the complete claim and answer the insurer’s adjuster for you.
- Get paid on contingency. No fee is due unless the insurer pays the claim.
What insurers dispute on auto insurance claims

New parts or used parts?
An estimate built on used parts pays less than one built on new parts. We evaluate auto damage using pricing for new parts and ask the insurer to justify anything less.
Who decides where the car is repaired?
Your insurer may steer you toward its own process. We work with dealer-approved body shops so the repair scope reflects how the manufacturer expects the car to be fixed.
Was the claim decided on limited information?
When the insurer’s adjuster takes the lead, the claim can be settled on what little you told them in the first call. We put the full damage and repair evidence in front of the insurer.
Is ash on the car part of the home claim?
No. Ash etching on paint, glass and trim and contaminated cabin air filters are handled under the auto policy, so they need a separate claim; our guide to ash and HVAC damage after a wildfire evacuation explains what to document.

Licensing and where we work
In California, our public adjusters are licensed through the California Department of Insurance, and drivers can also contact the department about how an auto claim is being handled. In Arizona, auto insurers are regulated by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Auto insurance claim questions
What does a public adjuster do on an auto claim?
We represent the policyholder. We review the damage estimate, price the repair with new parts, work with dealer-approved body shops and negotiate with your auto insurer.
Do I pay you anything up front?
No. Our fee is contingent on the insurer paying the claim, and the first consultation is free.
What is the process for an auto claim?
You report the claim to your insurer, which assigns its own adjuster. We step in to document the damage, check the estimate and handle the negotiation, so the claim is not settled on limited information.
How much will I get for my auto claim?
It depends on the claim, your policy and how the damage is priced. Pricing with new rather than used parts and a repair scope from a dealer-approved shop both affect the number.
How do I know I am getting the full worth of the claim?
Compare the insurer’s estimate with an independent review of the damage. We provide that review and negotiate the difference.
Is wildfire ash damage to my car covered by my homeowners policy?
No. Vehicles are handled under the auto policy, so ash damage to paint, glass, trim and cabin filters goes in a separate auto claim.
How do I check your license?
In California, use the California Department of Insurance license lookup, and ask any adjuster for a license number before signing.
Which states do you work in?
From our Studio City office, we represent policyholders in California, Arizona, Connecticut and Georgia.
