Vehicle collision public adjuster for denied or underpaid claims
Accurate Claims Consulting reviews vehicle collision claims for the policyholder, not the insurance company. We read your auto policy, document the damage and the details of the crash while they are fresh, and deal with the insurer before you settle, including when a vehicle has driven into your home or business. You pay nothing up front: we only get paid when your insurance company pays the claim.

Who we help after a vehicle collision
We step in when the offer after a collision does not cover what you lost:
- Vehicle owners whose collision claim offer is lower than the cost of repair or replacement
- Business owners with company or fleet vehicles that were damaged in a collision
- Home and business owners whose building was struck by a vehicle, from a damaged entrance to a car through a storefront (see commercial claims)
If you were injured, recover first and contact us afterwards; otherwise call as soon as you can, while details are easy to recall.
What our clients say about working with us
Great communication and attentive! Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised with their ability to overdeliver.. Thank you Accurate Claims.
Carl Buhl, Google review
Insurer-side training, policyholder-side loyalty. Our public adjusters have worked for major insurance companies like Farmers, State Farm and Allstate, which gives them inside knowledge of what you are owed for your claim. Each has a Bachelor’s degree at minimum, and some are US military veterans. About Accurate Claims Consulting
How we handle a vehicle collision claim

- Capture the details early. We record how, when and where the collision happened, with photos, before the small details are forgotten.
- Read the auto policy. We check your collision coverage, deductible and any limits so you know what the policy actually promises.
- Document the damage. We gather repair estimates and photos for the vehicle, and for the building too when a car has struck your property.
- Negotiate the offer. We take over the conversation with the insurer and push back on an offer that falls short.
- Settle on a contingency fee. We are paid from what the insurer pays, never in advance.
What insurers dispute on vehicle collision claims

Which policy pays for which damage?
Damage to a vehicle is handled under an auto policy rather than a homeowners policy. When a car hits a house or a storefront, the building damage is a separate property claim, and both need their own documentation.
What does your policy actually cover?
It depends on the policy. Insurers do not all provide the same coverage or compensation after a collision, so we read yours before we answer the insurer’s offer.
Is a settlement that seems low the end of it?
Not necessarily. If the claim came in for less than you expected, we review the file and present the missing damage to the insurer.

Licensing and where we work
Accurate Claims Consulting’s public adjusters are licensed by the California Department of Insurance; drivers and property owners can also take questions or complaints about a claim straight to the department. In Arizona, insurers answer to the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

Vehicle collision claim questions
What does a public adjuster do after a vehicle collision?
We work for you, not the insurer. We review your auto policy, document the damage and the circumstances of the collision, and deal with the insurer on the claim before you settle.
What does it cost?
Nothing in advance. We work on a 100% contingency basis and are paid from the claim payment; the first consultation is free.
When should I contact you after an accident?
As soon as you can. If you were hurt and needed hospital care, contact us once you have recovered.
Does my auto insurance cover the collision?
That depends on your policy and its collision coverage. We read it with you and explain what it covers.
A car hit my house or shop. Who pays for the building?
The building damage is a property claim of its own, separate from the vehicle. We document the structure and negotiate that claim.
Can you help with company vehicles?
Yes. We work with business owners on collision claims for company and fleet vehicles as well as with individual drivers.
How can I confirm you are licensed?
The California Department of Insurance has an online license lookup for public adjusters. Ask for our license number before you sign.
Where do you work?
We are based in Studio City and represent policyholders in California, Arizona, Connecticut and Georgia.
